Santa Clarita Pool Homes for Sale Real Estate

Santa Clarita real estate with Pools

At the above link, you will see all of the real estate for sale with some type of pool access. It could be that the Santa Clarita home has its own swimming pool. Maybe that pool is above ground or in the ground. Maybe it’s saltwater and has a black pebble tech bottom. So many variations which are explained on the detailed pages following your initial click on the home you like.

The detailed pages will explain whether the pool is inground, not in the ground, private, community, neighborhood, association or other.

From the point of the linkĀ I have posted at the top of this page, you are able to change the criteria by entering the word pool into the search bar. The intuitive nature of our SCVnest real estate website will “fill in the blank” with the choices which are available concerning pool inquiries.

This search includes everything that is currently for sale in the Santa Clarita Valley cities. These include:

    • Stevenson Ranch
    • Valencia
    • Castaic
    • Canyon Country
    • Newhall
    • Acton
    • Agua Dulce
    • Saugus

    Pool home considerations

Besides me showing you what homes have pools and which do not. I want to talk about quality Pool Home real estate searches.

Some of the websites, including SCVnest, are including Private Pools, those which you’d find at individual homes and community pools. Association pools are those which are paid for and maintained by the Home Owners Association for the Santa Clarita neighborhood. Some of the Santa Clarita neighborhoods share pools, FYI – so make sure you know what areas do and which do not. (I’ll let you know if you are working with me)

There are also community pools, which by definition are the “public” type or may be sponsored by the City or other types of funding, besides the Home Owners Association. Remember HOA pools are known as “association” pools within the multiple listing services.

I’m Connor MacIvor and I’m glad to be of great service to you and yours.
