Don't sugar coat the real estate information

real estate traps, what to watch out forWith every single business, there are rules in place that prohibit certain actions.

However, that is for the general publics best interest. The same holds true with real estate. We, as realtors, are not allowed to talk down about any specific area or property that is listed for sale. That is where the buyer and seller due diligence applies to real estate.

For example, when one of our clients has questions about if a certain neighborhood is safe, we redirect them to place their inquiry with the local Law Enforcement Agency.

They will give them good intel and won’t hold back because of some lawful inability to report pertinent facts about crime in a particular neighborhood or city.

When we talk about the current real estate listings with the buyers we are working with or the sellers, for that matter, we give them the “no holds barred” real estate information.

If a property is priced too high – we tell them and show when how that is the case with factual information. If we are speaking with a seller about the other listings that are within their neighborhood, we pay them the same respect.

However, this cannot be done without a “relationship” existing between the Realtor and Client.

Here is where you are going to establish your relationship with our “No Holds Barred Real estate intel”, and the Paris911 Team at REMAX of Valencia CA.
