Your very first Financial Advisor

    real estate financial advisorIf you are like me you are skeptical of life coaches and financial advisors. What makes them so good, is their life or financial status worthy of them teaching others how they got theirs?

    Enter the financial planning advice concerning real estate. I think the least a real estate agent should have is a home. They should own something which is considered real estate and live in it.

    The other facet a financial real estate advisor should have is consultation and representative experience. Not just taking, but action. Showing what they have been able to do for others as it relates to protecting and serving their real estate needs.

    This is how I speak with all of our real estate clients. As my title is not Realtor but Real Estate Financial Advisor, their REFA – that is where my mind is and I’m able to explain what I have done to assist my current and previous clients and how I will take them by the hand and guide them throughout the real estate process.

Unless schedule or location create an obstacle which cannot be overcome. In person meetings are best so you can see me in the flesh and read my body language and my subconscious mannerisms.

    When I am speaking with any service provider, I meet with them in person. I need to see them, not just hear them. I need to view their non verbal signals in order to see if they are someone whom I want to work with.
