    Magic Mountain is a very large amusement park. Magic mountain has some of the  scariest roller coasters in the world. So make sure you stop by Santa Clarita and go to Six Flags Magic Mountain.

    Today on the real estate radio show, we did get into information related to how a buyer and seller can stay very safe when it comes to procurement or sales of real estate.

    A big deal in the real estate world is making sure you knew as a consumer, keep tabs on your real estate agent or lender, with email follow-ups verifying conversation which was conducted of a verbal nature.

    You see, if it’s not in writing, then it could be that it did not happen. That’s one of the things we always tell our clients to make sure they understand.

    It is of no offense by me, with my clients want to follow up with me in an email regarding a conversation we had over the telephone, or in person.

    In fact it makes me smile because I know my clients are reading and listening to the how to keep safe resources I post online for everybody to see.

    No matter how you slice it, real estate is a lot of money  Whether you were buying or selling a home, we’re talking hundreds of thousands of dollars, and having to find these items over 30 years.

    If you’re selling a home, again that is also costly buy worth with the right realtor.

    But as my dad said, God rest his soul, “son, I was always too poor to buy cheap things.”  He also said “dammit,  why you live in those freaking lights on 24 7 365 you don’t  make any of the money!”

    My dad said the one about cheap after I had purchased a wrench from a JC Whitney catalog when I was a kid. You could actually bend this ranch in half, the metal was so crappy. And I couldn’t get my money back. Therefore I wasted the money and for another three bucks I could’ve gotten something in the craftsman brand from Sears  with a lifetime warranty.
