Would you give me your clients phone numbers for references

SCV review sitesGreat Question… When over 50% of our clients are from the Law Enforcement(LEO) world, this may not be an easy feat.

At least without me contacting them first for permission.

After that step, we are doubtful anyone would have a problem giving up what they think of our Paris911 Team at REMAX of Santa Clarita CA.

During our past years in the Santa Clarita real estate business, since 1998, we have had many wonderful clients.

It was after about 4 years in the business when we observed the civilian market start to become a “regular” type of client for us.

A couple of reasons I think this became a fact is because of what it takes to work with the LEO’s of the world.

They trust very few people. And even though I came from the LAPD and was one of them, there is still “trust issues” that have to be overcome.

The second thing is us not requiring registration to search for homes and real estate. We have unlocked systems that indicate a certain level of transparency.

We also have a mission statement. (ok, so I over did it – here is a third 🙂 )

This is a good question to ask any realtor. Make sure you are getting the “real reviews” and by asking for a real person’s phone number that your Realtor had business with – that is the only way to know for sure.

Be safe – I’m Connor MacIvor with REMAX of Santa Clarita CA – Thanks for taking the time…

    Paris and Connor MacIvor

Connor and Paris MacIvor are in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, starting their real estate business in 1998 with RE/MAX Gateway - Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. Their becoming licensed real estate consultants and representatives came from the horrible experience they had when they bought their first home. There were many things that the agent they had hired did not explain and disclose, which per law he should have. Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. Paris and Connor called the broker, the board of realtors, the office manager and all they received was the promise of a phone call back. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation.
