    With real estate you have a couple of things you need to watch out for.  If you are an investor looking for fixer properties to flip, make sure you are giving your alligence to your real estate agent of choice.  Buying and Flipping properties is a two way street.  If your agent is going to be thrown under the bus Santa Clarita real estateby someone else telling you better stories – that is just plain rude and bad business.  However, if the agent you are hiring is telling you “better stories” and is not performing – that is something that should concern you as well.
