Why not join a Relocation Referral Team of Local Realtors

    When it comes to client representation, any real estate agent cannot work miracles without having a network of referral agents.  The sames goes for the Santa Clarita Local real estate agent.  We all need to know others in areas that we do not service.  Areas that we may talk about from time to time, but where we don’t provide for any client representation. Santa Clarita Blog

    Back in 2003, we started a referral database – in 2007, we started this Relocation Blog by REMAX of Santa Clarita’s Paris911 Team.  This is where the magic comes together.  After taking our Referral List, it was on paper at that time 🙂 – and placing it into our very own online database – search-able by city name, we were now cooking with gas.

    Today, when other agents at REMAX or from other companies ask for a agent referral for a specific city – we are typically the first responders.  We know many other agents in and around Southern California and around many of the other metropolitan centers of commerce across these United States of America.

    So, as you can see we are operating a true Relocation Services Business.  We are thankful for RE/MAX International, in their infinate wisdom, for allowing us to think “outside of the box” when it comes to the Relocation Business we are operating within the Paris911 team.

However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation.
