Why did you price that SCV Short Sale so low? Plus our SCV Foreclosure Update

    We have had many issues with short sales being priced too far under their fair market value, by other real estate agents.

    Why should we care as Realtor’s if a short sale is priced too far under fair market value?  Because it causes our clients to over extend themselves and lose hope.

    I have posted the video just below this text that will give more of an explanation from my mouth to your ears – with regard to Short Sales in Santa Clarita Valley being priced too low (on purpose).
