    Paris and I have been selling real estate since 1998.

    In doing so, we have found out that buyers, really appreciate their agent being totally upfront.

    Harrison I have also discovered that most other agents, albeit wanting to be upfront, give an appearance of wanting to hide something from their buyers and sellers of real estate.

    With a multitude of buyers utilizing the Paris 911 team, and our local Santa Clarita real estate brand, we find that our introductory meeting, coined our crash course on real estate, is an incredibly important step in the real estate procurement process.

    During our introductory meeting we always fill buyers in as to where the current market is. With any current market, you will find that the dynamics that are different than any market that preceded it.
