    Ensure you are choosing an agent that knows the in’s and out’s of the Local Santa Clarita Schools – one that has intimate knowledge about school information, besides test scores. That is, if you want to attract buyers that have children that will be needing schools.  Some of our buyers are not to the point of having a more “extended” family – but for most, children are in the pre-planning stages.

    When you are wanting to choose a Realtor to work with – make sure, if they don’t have kids themselves – they are not cutting out any potential buyers by not knowing the local school districts, their boundaries and the “approval ratings” of the Santa Clarita Valley Schools.
