    Summer Selling of Home:

    It is no secret that more homes, condos and townhomes move and sell during the summer months – Between the time school gets out and the time it resumes, it’s a feeding frenzy most years.

    Spring Selling of Home:

    In the spring, things are going to start blooming and the weather, for the most part, will be cool and not a “sweat storm”.

    Google Plus – Not just kids play anymore. This is one of the most well rounded social media websites around. In fact, they are owned by Google – so hence the “high ratings” and placements within the areas on Google where Home buyers are searching for real estate and homes for sale.
