When is Starbucks too busy to add sugar to your coffee?

I love coffee. I love coffee without cream but with a couple splenda added before the coffee hits the cup. However, when there are more than 5 people in line, don’t expect this to be done prior to your coffee being poured.

I was informed that there was an island that had sweetener on it – It was pointed out to me. I was happy to know this, but I sure love to have my splenda added to my coffee before it’s poured.

It may be a business decision by Starbucks – or at least this one. I have been to many around Southern California Starbucks and those in other states – only to have this happen twice. Of course I can put my own splenda in the coffee.

For the future, I may grab splenda before getting to the clerk – then ask If I may put it inside of the cup before the coffee is poured? That may solve this “non Earth Shattering dilemma” I found myself in this AM.

With real estate – We always have time, but is real estate sales different than Retail sales? Is owning your own business different than working for someone else? While I am sure the person that helped me did not think this was a “huge” deal – and it was not – What is in the rule book? How is this supposed to be handled. The last thing I want is for someone to break a rule or two to assist me.

I get the fact Real Estate is my business. We have our own real estate brand having been established – The Paris911 Team. When we have people contact us to have real estate services performed and they ask us to jump, we respond “How High”.

Arrgggghhhhhhhh – LOL – I just took a drink of the coffee. I forgot to put the spenda inside of it. I’m going back now. Have a great day and thanks for the Coffee – Black 🙂

    Paris and Connor MacIvor

Connor and Paris MacIvor are in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, starting their real estate business in 1998 with RE/MAX Gateway - Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. Their becoming licensed real estate consultants and representatives came from the horrible experience they had when they bought their first home. There were many things that the agent they had hired did not explain and disclose, which per law he should have. Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. Paris and Connor called the broker, the board of realtors, the office manager and all they received was the promise of a phone call back. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation.
