What is the difference between a sellers and a buyers real estate market

Single Family Homes in Valencia and SCV reports

During our latest Real estate market updates for the Valencia and Santa Clarita Valley cities, we have found that the issues related to inventory are still coming to the surface from time to time. SantaClaritaHousingMarket.com

There is being just enough inventory added, that is priced right, in the best of repair, where buyers are writing offers on those listings within mere hours and having those offers accepted with a few days.

In Valencia CA real estate, we still the issues related to multiple officers being submitted and those offers being pitted against each other for the benefit of the Valencia Home Seller. REMAX-Valencia-CA-Paris911.com

When it comes to the other local Santa Clarita Markets, we are seeing the same trends. This is applicable to the Single Family Residences as it is to Condos and Townhomes.

Our reports include each of the Santa Clarita Valley Cities. In some of the Santa Clarita Cities, such as Acton, there are no condo or townhome reports, due to there being little activity, or those types of construction being non existent.

Within the rest of the SCV cities, you are going to find most housing types therein. Our TopHousingNews.com is going to give you the intel with reference to the housing in more than the Santa Clarita Cities and in the Greater Los Angeles areas.

The thing that we are watching is the current levels of real estate inventory, we want to make sure that we are watching for the first signs of the real estate market switching to a buyers real estate market.

What type of real estate market is this

Here are the differences, if you have not been watching our real estate market videos. YouTube.com/SCVmoves

What is a sellers real estate market?

Sellers are calling the shots. Sellers are having their homes viewed a lot and offers are coming in hand over fist. There are multiple offers being written with the real estate buyers foregoing what they would “most typically” pay for in reference to closing costs that the seller would typically pay. Time frames are reduced, by the buyer, out of the chute. Sellers place the pressure on the buyers that have written those multiple offers, in order to get them to perform better, faster, and with the giving up of more money.

What is a buyers real estate market?

Buyers have a lot of real estate inventory to choose from. Buyers don't have to move very fast and can request more from the sellers of real estate listings, much more than in any other type of real estate market. Sellers are very willing to pay buyers closing costs, costs which buyers pay in a sellers real estate market. Buyers can also write offers at less than listing prices and win the “bid”, primarily because they are the only buyer in the game. As Repairs for the buyers are concerned, sellers are very malable to give the buyers what they ask for to keep the deal together.

Ask your Realtor what type of real estate market you are in when wanting to buy or sell real estate.

We are the Paris911 Team at REMAX of Valencia CA, we are there for our clients and hope you will reach out to us when you are ready to move, anywhere and anytime. We will be your connection point, even if we are not the local Experts. I'm sure we know who that is 🙂

    Paris and Connor MacIvor

Connor and Paris MacIvor are in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, starting their real estate business in 1998 with RE/MAX Gateway - Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. Their becoming licensed real estate consultants and representatives came from the horrible experience they had when they bought their first home. There were many things that the agent they had hired did not explain and disclose, which per law he should have. Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. Paris and Connor called the broker, the board of realtors, the office manager and all they received was the promise of a phone call back. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation.
