Maybe it does not need to be said, but Content is King. That is a pretty bold statement for those of you that are operating a Business in the Santa Clarita valley and beyond. The BEST WAY is by creating content that those that may be interested in your business may want to check out, read, listen to and view.
We have our methods with our Real Estate business and that is by application of the Q and A phase of our content creation efforts.
You may be surprised with how much time we invest with the writing of content. In fact, some would attempt to pay a service or a copywriter to do what we do on a daily basis. The only problem I have with that is it loses the owner/operators passion.
If I were to hire someone to write about real estate. They could do that. They would start with housing types in different cities in which we operate our business. They may talk about items that luxury homes have versus homes based at the median sales price. They could talk about the schools they google when they correspond to specific neighborhoods. There is a lot of content they could create. It would definately push your business higher that most in your “competition circle”.
However, the thing that will separate you from the few is your “experienced stories” that are you and yours alone. Those things that happen in the day to day events in your business that the “hired writer” would never be albe to comprehend unless they were you.
Start writing – I promise it gets easier. It then becomes something that if you don’t do on a particular day, you feel funny. The same feeling as if someone is used to working out and takes a day off, when they usually do not take any days off. Hang in there – reach out to us if we can help you further.
