The agents can either be a Buyers Agent – Having an exclusive relationship in the representation of the Buyer.
They can also have a Sellers Agency – Having an exclusive relationship in the representation of the Seller.
They can also have both – Representing the Buyer and Seller within a real estate transaction.
“Danger Will Robinson – Danger”. When a Real Estate agent is representing both sides of any real estate transaction, having “Agency” with both the buyer and seller – There may be concerns from either party – or both.
