According to the California Association of Realtors – they want someone to communicate with them in a way they approve of. Not just communicate – but keep communicating throughout the home buying or selling process!
There are also other studies related to Millennials wanting to hire realtors, one includes them hating interruption marketing. They have so beaten down by those realtors that are constantly spamming, calling and texting out of turn, they have grown cold to the process.
They want a realtor that will be straight, shooting directly from the hip. They want a real estate agent that does not play games. They want a Realtor that will protect them. They also want a realtor that cares more about their relationship and transaction over and above their commission.
What I just realized, while I was typing that last paragraph was, that is what most people want, millennials aside 🙂
