    Santa clarita radio showHere is a typical response when I get inquires about our Santa Clarita Radio Show.  The question is usually what it is about and how it works.

    If you look at typical business and refer to them as Gates – then the “better and new way” can be termed as “gate jumping”. Trust Agents by Chris Brogan and Julien Smith Does a great job in explaining this in further detail.

    However, with regard to the world at large and dependent on my memory(from reading the book 15 times thus far), here are some examples.

    Sotheby’s Auctions was the Gate – the Gate Jumper was eBay.

    Pacific Bell / Mountain Bell / AT & T was the Gate – the Gate Jumper was Skype.

    Local Radio Stations were the Gate – the Gate Jumper was Podcasts.

    My radio show has nothing to do with Real Estate.  It is about Local Businesses.  It is syndicated on Blog Talk Radio, it will live forever and we get more listens after the show – some are hitting at upwards of 1000+.

    The platform we use is owned by Google, so it does a great job increasing your Google Juice when people search.

    All I need from you is a list of questions that you would not mind me asking.  I can then get a show scheduled and let you know what number to call at what time.

    It is very “non-evasive” and we will chit chat like a couple of old friends.

    Send me your contact information, website, location of your business and a history of your education, years, time in your field, etc…

    I’ll google you and tie everything in together.
    The art is in the show not having any “required sponsor-ships”.  It is all about YOU and YOUR BUSINESS.
