Looks like prices have been reduced from the week prior in Valencia CA. We have been at just above the $434,700.00 level. However, we have watched as the Prices per square foot has increased over the last week to $208. To stay on top of the prices in all of the Santa Clarita Cities – you can head over to the macboX and type in the word “prices” at any time to get the most current results.
Again this week, we have seen a down ward notch for prices. Pricing has been weak in recent weeks and versus their absolute-high levels. The market Action index is a good leading indicator for the durability of this trend.
We have also given a break down for the Prices per square foot. We have certain clients that love this data concerning the Valencia CA area. We have also noted an increase of Days on Market within the Valencia CA Real estate market – ringing in at 132 average currently for this week.
Looks like the prices are increasing in Stevenson Ranch – We have been watching as Inventory in The SR as been lightening lately and the market action index has been trending up. Though days on market for sale is increasing, these are mildly positive indications for the market.
Home sales in Stevenson Ranch CA have been exceeding new inventory for several weeks. While still a sellers market, prices seem to have responded by moving upward.
