While we have not concluded our “in total” real estate reports for the Santa Clarita Valley cities – including Castaic, Canyon Country, Saugus, Stevenson Ranch, Newhall and Valencia, We have completed Valencia.
This is Valencia CA – looking over the past year, we have seen the prices continue to rise throughout the city of Valencia California.
Emcompassing zip codes 91355 and 91354, Valencia is continuing it’s trend with very low inventory and homes for sale.
There have also been some new home communities that have sprung up, as of late, by various Southern California new home builders. These new home builders always pay a separate real estate agent to represent their clients with regard to new homes and new housing purchases in Valencia CA.
In order to serve our clients better, we hired two new housing agents, that worked for the new home builders in the Santa Clarita Valley cites.
They were real estate agents that were on their payroll, and now they are on the Paris911’s payroll.
We observed that new homes and new construction were not going to slow down in Valencia CA. It was only to become a larger part of the available homes and inventory for sale.
I also knew that there was certain “insider knowledge”, that could only be known by a direct representative of the new home builders, within the new construction sites.
That was the method to my madness, and it has paid off BIG for our new home clients. They have gotten properties that they would otherwise not known about, because of our Paris911 Team of New Housing agent’s relationships with the agents at the new home centers.
We have a New Santa Clarita Homes website that will show you all of the available inventory for sale in the SCV cities and within Southern California. Make sure you take one of my team members with you before you venture out on your own to visit any of the new home sites anywhere in So. California.
Here is the why. First, we will not be allowed to represent you with regard to negotiation, paperwork reviewing, or be a party to your new home purchase, if we don’t sign you in at the new home center during your very first visit.
That’s important because, like in regular re-sale and “used home” representation, it is best to have a real estate agent that is on your side 100%.
