Today – We have also been working all morning on our Santa Clarita housing and market updates. We have seen that most of the Santa Clarita real estate market has been flat with regard to inventory.
We have also seen as the days on market times frames have become a bit shorter as they apply to the homes that are currently in escrow. This is the direct result of the changes in the time frames that the banks have to work on and get the “acceptance” and “approval” for each short sale package that has been submitted by your very own Short Sale Expert.
Below is only 3 days worth of updates that we have written about with regard to our local Santa Clarita real estate community. We also posted some intel about the HUD process with our HUD alerts pages. This will allow you to search for the HUD foreclosures – see below.
Another highlight with regard to our Santa Clarita real estate updates has to do with the sellers and a question that was posed to our Team on our Main Santa Clarita real estate via email.
Can multiple agents show a home that has been advertised as appointment only – at the same time? It’s up to the homeowner, the one allowing the showing – but I don’t think it is ever an issue. We know on a personal level it does not both us to show our clients at the same times as other real estate agents are showing them.
NOD – how do you buy a home with a NOD filed on it in the Santa Clarita Valley. We have a method in process for this exact thing – but in order to do so you are going to have to take a seat and read how it works.
