    Top Agents United – It’s not a rock band nor the best from the FBI

    I have to preface this with “I’m feeling a bit silly…” – that’d be today. I’m feeling silly today.

    Tomorrow maybe a whole different story – but I can only handle one day at a time.

    Networking groups within the Santa Clarita real estate community. Are they important or can a single agent go it alone for their sellers and buyers?

    Some agents, those that are not part of networking groups, think they can go it alone (go figure..) 🙂

    However, those agents that are a part of something for the betterment of a group, over themselves, totally embrace the networking group philosophy. Check out our Radio Show Blog – Local SCV Radio podcasts etc…

    The belief of the networking group is that they can all become stronger in numbers. They can help their sellers and buyers better by being members of something greater than themselves.

    Very True and it does work in that way. Every single time we are at the meeting, it is typical to have an agent pitching and another catching. The deal is put together before the home is listed for sale. What does our Crash Course on real estate entail?

    In the same way that the buyer is going to be able to view the home for sale before it is listed in the Multiple Listing Service.

    It’s awesome and it works well.

    Check with the Santa Clarita real estate agent you are hiring. Are they a member of a group? Do they play it forward? Can they get you a buyer before your home hits the market? How about if you are buying, can they get you into listings before they are placed onto the market for sale? Santa Clarita real estate agents website

    If they are one of the few Santa Clarita real estate agents that are in a SCV realtor networking group, they can.
