Major Brands do not stop or slow down when times get hard. They increase the AD dollars to bring more $$$ to their bottom line.
Anyone can pay bunches of bucks for advertising in a Good Real Estate Market when the money is flowing like Niagra Falls!
In real estate, some agents treat the “slower market”, in the opposite way from the Major Brands.
They slow down or stop all of their advertising. That does their real estate sellers and buyers NO good.
Their real estate sellers are counting on those agents to bring them offers on their real estate listings, that they have entrusted them with.
However, that cannot be done, when no one is seeing those agent’s advertisements because those agents did not plan for a “shift” in the real estate market.
People think we are crazy, but we spend in excess of $37k in advertising print alone each year. (one ad example is below for our upcoming July 2013 Issue)
(That is just “print”… Not the other Advertising we do on-line and in other venues…)
I suppose by “people” I am talking about our “competition”. They don’t get it. However, our Santa Clarita and Greater Los Angeles area real estate buyers and sellers do!
They love the fact we have our brand out in front of the world in publication print. Bringing the BEST and most qualified buyers directly to our Real Estate sellers a majority of the time.
That does our Sellers justice and makes our Value skyrocket when they list with us and see our Proven Results.
