    Today’s Santa Clarita real estate inventory just entering the market in the last 24 hours

    This are today’s new listings with the price changes – both up and down – everything having to do with the local Santa Clarita Valley real estate.

    We also have kept our Systems updated and continue to do so several times per hour.

    When searching on-line some make the mistake of using non IDX driven sources for Santa Clarita real estate searching.

    It’s hard to find local Real Estate agent websites that allow you to break away from the “Big Syndication” website home search engines.Liking our team guarantees you won't go bald - jk :)

    I have asked myself the question of “why” more often than not and have deduced there is a lot more money going into the SEO and Internet Marketing of the Syndication Websites.

    That is because they are all built around getting money from real estate agents for your personal and private information.  Your personal info is worth big $$$ to them.

    Agents pay handsomely for lists of people that have their homes defaulted on when they stop paying their mortgage.

    Real Estate agents also pay large money for lists of those that have bought real estate during the period of 5.2 and 4.7 years in the past.  They get these lists monthly so they can “interrupt” you unsuspecting people.

    A side note – I stand next to my trash can when I am going through our mail.  I have a lot of postcards from real estate agents.  Last month, I had three postcards, black and yellow with the photo of a male and female agent, delivered on the same day from the same real estate sales team.

    3 – as if one was not bad enough 🙂  I keep asking myself, when are real estate agents going to realize that people, such  as yourselves, hate to be interrupted.

    I want someone to be where I’m looking and I’m not looking in my mail box to find a real estate agent or team to represent me.

    I am going to go where 94% of the home searching public go.  The Internet.  I am then going to make sure I’m looking on a Local Santa Clarita Agent’s website.

    I will them search until the cows come home or my eyes bleed – which ever comes first….
