Just because a major relocation entity is representing the company relocating an entire family to Santa Clarita Valley – an executive working for Disney, is no reason why that person wouldn’t want to know about the local real estate market.
We find that our Relocation Clients are very savvy, even when the move is not on their dime.
However, to be that “important” is rare in the business world. We have met some of those “important” people and I can say assuredly, they are razor sharp.
They compare real estate and local market health with lacking crime and a strong community oriented city. To these “elite” types, they truly believe the term “shop local”. They do it and they tout it.
I suppose it’s the same way in each new community they arrive within. They have come to adjust quickly, meeting the movers and shakers, also meeting their neighbors.
When we handle corporate relocations to and from the Santa Clarita Valley, it’s done on a total “concierge” system. We are the contact point for the other real estate agent where our clients are heading. If we are contacted by a person relocating, that is coming to Santa Clarita Valley or Greater Los Angeles, we oftentimes are the “connector” to their real estate agent where they are from.
