    How do you advertise to the Middle? The Middle, for the uninitiated, is where the majority of the masses are looking, watching and buying.

    It is where most businesses focus their efforts. You know, the businesses that can purchase “super bowl” ads. $3 million dollars for a 30 second spot.

    Here is a couple of “positive notes” that big business cannot compete with.

    You are Local: Local Businesses in any City, ours is in Santa Clarita CA, there is only one REMAX of Santa Clarita Paris911 Team. There are a lot of real estate lead generation websites – but as far as Google is concerned – The Real Local is very strong. Also, the exact service provider (we are realtors), test taking, under a brokerage, signed contracts – type Realtors.

    You can have your business show up for the local results on Google Too! Just go to places.google.com and track down your business. You will see that google Local Business Pages has had itself integrated with Google+.

    You are niche marketing: You have learned long ago that you’d go broke advertising to the middle. So you go after the clients that are on the fringes. Those that want to buy your product, service or whatever it is you sell. We started our Niche market with the men and women of the Los Angeles Police Department. The reason was because that is where I was employed as a full time Police Officer since 1990.     Never base your business model on a Lie.
    Always get back to those with questions quick.
    Never expect something for your giving freely.
    Always embrace adversity.
    Always go after change.
