The Foreclosure and bank owned recap is as follows:
The entire Santa Clarita area, Minus Stevenson Ranch, has a total of 290 distressed real estate and properties. These include the pre foreclosures, the bank owned inventory and those properties that are headed to the auction block.
Stevenson Ranch CA has a total of 33 distressed real estate listings. Broken down there are 20 pre foreclosures in Stevenson Ranch. These are properties that have had notice of defaults filed on them. There are 6 Stevenson Ranch homes headed to the auction and 6 that are bank owned.
We also threw in some others from cities in the Southland that we work frequently with our seller and real estate buyer representation.
Granada Hills is ringing in the last couple of weeks of 2014 with 140 distressed properties on the books.
In Northridge we are currently tracking 216 real estate listings that are in an “off market” distressed nature.
Palmdale is ringing in with a super strong 684 homes that are distressed in some way, shape or form.
Lancaster CA has 705 distressed real estate listings that we are currently tracking that are distressed in nature.
In Simi Valley we are tracking 235 residential real estate properties that are also distressed. Those are of the categories – Bank Owned, Pre Foreclosures, Sold to Third and Auctions.
