The Trigger points of Police real estate – Foreclosures, Bank Owned and Home Search

How to search for homes that are currently for sale should not be a mystery for any of our exclusive clientele.  We had been confronted in the past about working with a majority of Police Officers and Deputy Sheriff’s in Los Angeles County and the “confrontation” was by a statement from another agent.

Agents for police officers and deputy sheriffsHe said, “That is a pretty big claim stating that you work with Law Enforcement, almost exclusively…”  I have to agree, at the time It was – but it was true.  It did not take long to start seeing many a “Sam Browne  wearing police officer and deputy sheriff in uniform, partial training attire and with the black and white police vehicles and motorcycles adorning the parking lot at REMAX.

It also did not take long for this “other agent” to never ask again 🙂  Today, while it is not “exclusively”, we do find a lot of comfort working with people that don’t take anything for granted and that don’t believe anyone in sales.  We have that connection where we are trusted out of the gate more than most – but there are still some walls that have to be over come when working with Police, Officers and Deputies.

If you a Los Angeles Police Officer – we have a special page for you.  Not a short bus page – but a page where you can search for real estate in the manner you want to.

If you are a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy – We have a similar page.  Everything coming from that page has been built around the men and women of the LASD.

    Paris and Connor MacIvor

Connor and Paris MacIvor are in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, starting their real estate business in 1998 with RE/MAX Gateway - Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. Their becoming licensed real estate consultants and representatives came from the horrible experience they had when they bought their first home. There were many things that the agent they had hired did not explain and disclose, which per law he should have. Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. Paris and Connor called the broker, the board of realtors, the office manager and all they received was the promise of a phone call back. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation.
