We know our buyers are breathing a sigh of relief due to the increasing inventory. It’s not “raining” houses, but everything seems to be getting a little more relaxed when it comes to the local housing inventory.
This last week, we posted up some pretty impressive numbers with a 13% increase in listing inventory across the Santa Clarita Cities.
In addition, I am a big believer in networking within the real estate agent realms more than ever. This is where the Top Santa Clarita real estate agents can really perform for their clientele.
Making those phone calls to our clients saying, “I have found it – the home you have been looking for and it’s not even on the market yet…” – That ability has been a true blessing to the real estate clients working with the best in real estate in our Santa Clarita Valley.
This increase in inventory, although slight, has been responsible for buyers that have been feeling quite depressed, to pull themselves out of depression and get elated once again.
The home buying experience should be a happy one and without too much stress, at least without the stress created intra “agent” or “office”.
It should be fun, heading out, viewing homes, getting the market insight from trusted real estate sources. It should be almost as much fun as skipping rocks. (but not quite.. 🙂 )
