That is not to say that we are not going to continue on our increase, but only time will tell. Stevenson Ranch has been increasing in price extremely fast as of late.
Looking at the inventory dynamic as compared to the pricing dynamic – you can see that the lacking inventory in Stevenson Ranch is driving up the prices of homes.
I can also tell you that the low interest rates are keeping buyers wanting to buy real estate. If you click on the graph and expand it to view the pricing history for Stevenson Ranch California back to the height of the real estate market, you will see that we are not even close to the home prices during the top of the last housing bubble.
That is why people are still buying real estate as well, along with the many other benefits of home ownership. It would not appear as if the market is going to stop anytime soon – we just need more real estate inventory and homes to sell to the multitude of buyers that are intent on buying a residence in one of the Santa Clarita Valley cities.
