    The real estate show – Serious Buyers and their needs when wanting to relocate

    There comes a time when all good men should come to the aid of their country. Or something like that. I don’t remember that quote verbatim. But we had it taught to us in typing class. Funny Story: I was playing foot ball in high school. It was the summer of two a days between the 10th grade and 11th grade when the coach came to us “knuckle heads”. That was his pet term for us boys playing football.

    He told all of us to take typing class when we were choosing our electives for the 11th grade. We all talked after our second session of the day. “Why do you think the coach wants us to take typing?”, I asked. One of the other kids, who was deemed much more mature said, “It’s probably because typing will improve our dexterity – That is better for football.” We all thought for a moment and nodded in agreement. “That makes sense”, stated one of the other players.

    As time went on, most of us “knuckle heads” took two years of typing. We all became pretty good at it. It wasn’t until the last semester of our 12th grade year when we discovered why the coach was so set on us all taking typing. We found out he was dating the typing instructor. He knew she would not have held us back if we were doing poorly. So hence the reason I have learned a life skill that I am forever thankful for.

    Bringing me to my post. I cannot imagine having to learn the skill of typing today. But I do know that I have been constantly learning about relocation resources that help our buyers when they are serious about relocation. We cannot fail anyone while they are working with our Paris911 Team at REMAX of Santa Clarita.

    When someone is needing to relocate from and or to the Santa Clarita Valley cities, there is a lot of questioning and preparation that goes into their move. We need to know exactly what they are looking for and we develop a personal game plan to get it for them. It matters not whether they are needing to buy or sell. What matters is that we are on target for each of those scenarios.
