Stevenson Ranch Housing Market
The median list price this week in Stevenson Ranch, single family homes, was $769,000. While the Days on Market Timeframes for Stevenson Ranch seems to be trending lower – the overall market conditions are weakening a bit.
Stevenson Ranch supply and demand
Stevenson Ranch home sales continue to outstrip supply and the MAI, market action index, has been moving higher and higher for several weeks. We are knee deep in a seller’s market, so make sure you watch for upward pricing pressure in the near future if the trend continues.
Valencia CA Housing Market
Some of the other information that we derive from the local Multiple Listing service has to do with each city that exists within the Santa Clarita Valley.
This intel is for the Valencia CA real estate market. You will see that the median listing price this week is $559,999. Inventory in Valencia CA is Tightening up and the days on market time frame is also falling. But Demand in Valencia real estate as measured by the Market Action Index is also trending down. The market is not giving strong up or down signals from this data.
