    There is one line I will not cross, that is getting a client by Trick, Deceit or Device.  I want to acquire my subscribers, clients and those with which I do business by giving the BEST real estate services I can give.  How to fire your real estate agent.

    The days of the “real estate clientele” not knowing the difference between good agents and bad ones are becoming a thing of the past.  Today the consumer has a HUGE amount of power with the “reporting” of their real estate choices on Yelp and the other “grading networks”. One of the things that is missed is on the agents side, “being aware” of the consumer’s power.

    Slowly but surely, they will find out the hard way.  If you are logging any time at all on FaceBook, the BAD AGENT syndrome is hard at work.  You’d think the agents were in a political campaign to become elected president.  So much mud, it’s a wonder anyone can stay clean.
