    The New Santa Clarita real estate listings just posted in the last 24 hours

    If you notice – there is one of the listings below that has had a price increase, a $65,000.00 Price increase.  There could be a couple of reasons for this.  Let’s start with the simplest reason.  It would have been a typo.  It could also have been a misunderstanding at the time the listing agreement was signed.  It could be that the agent has an assistant that enters their listings in to the MLS and the assistant misread the contract.

    Foreclosures and Pre Foreclosures in the Santa Clarita CitiesIt could also be that this Canyon Country Home has gotten a bunch of calls within the first 24 hours and the seller thinks the agent “undersold” them on the listing price.

    It could also be that the listing contract was signed by only one party and the other party, when hearing the home was listed, wanted the price increased.

    So many reasons, but in most cases, this does not help matters when those “real estate buyers” are watching the current real estate inventory on a daily and moment by moment basis.
