The Local Real Estate market is taking a break from housing price increases

    Stevenson Ranch real estate pricesDuring the 17-20 months prior to October 2013, we observed some huge gains in real estate prices in the Santa Clarita Valley Cities.

    As you can see we are at a low point back in 2012. April 6, 2012 – with Stevenson Ranch Single Family Housing prices averaging out at $552,334.61.

    We had a Peak August 2, 2013 when Single Family Home prices hit $834,086.53 and we have been on a roller coaster ever since.

    However, those changes have not been super grand – Today – for the week of June 20, 2014, The Stevenson Ranch housing market is sitting at $767,909.34.

    The all time real estate price high in Stevenson Ranch Was June 1, 2007 with a Top Sales Price recorded (median level), $895,681.60.
