    Santa Clarita short sale expertsWhere is the market today?  Well with the week before last as compared to this week, we are still lacking real estate inventory. The Santa Clarita Sellers, some of them, are pricing their homes for more than the buyers in the local SCV real estate markets are willing to pay, and we have received word that loans in 2014 may be getting more expensive.

    With regard to our Santa Clarita Foreclosure and Santa Clarita Short Sale Team, we make sure our clients know the numbers and email addresses to everyone involved in their transaction. All of our clients are going to know Escrow’s Direct Number.
