The Holidays cannot slow down the flow of Foreclosures

    As you can see from our Daily Drip of Santa Clarita foreclosure activity for the Cities that are within the Santa Clarita Valley – The Holidays are not slowing down the “foreclosure” activity.

    Usually every single year – we do notice a slow down of “closings” but foreclosures and the recordings of Notice of Defaults are both a “Train that is never late”. The courts are still moving forward at full steam and the banks are not about to stop their “positive” monetary returns.

    We have been watching as the data continues to flow.  Each one of the “paragraphs” below has a different Modus Operandi about it.  They cover the 4 specific Foreclosure activity types that exist in a “distressed” real estate market.

    Pre-foreclosures, Bank Owned, sold to Thirds and Auctions.  Each of these categories has activity from the Santa Clarita Real estate marketplace.
