The BEST way to search for Sold Santa Clarita homes

    Most savvy home buyers and home sellers are interested in recently sold inventory. This applies to the cities we most frequent, those within the Santa Clarita Valley and elsewhere. They want to know this data for very different reasons.

    The Santa Clarita home sellers want’s sold data

    They want to “get an idea” of what their home will sell for in the current market. They want to see those listings that were most similar and look through the photos to see what they are missing and how they may be better than those recently sold homes.

    Most of the savvy sellers know not to believe those real estate syndication websites that are saying they will give you the current value of your home. They know that those websites are making money, not by representing home sellers, but by selling those prospective home seller’s personal and private information.

    One of the other reasons a Santa Clarita property owner would want to reference sold data is to find out what is going on in their neighborhood.     Some home buyers are told not to ask questions by their overzealous realtors. They are kept in the dark when it comes to the regular operations of real estate and within their current transaction.

    The best way to treat a client would be as you wanted to be treated. The simple and age-old process of client care. However, if everyone operated by this simple principle, we would not have as much real estate business as we have.
