    Stand up and be counted Socially by Google and Bing

    When you write content on your blog or website – you need to consider making it easier for the user to tell their SOI, Sphere of Influence, about the value you have just added to them.

    With Real Estate – the largest differentiation point has to do with giving value to our service related industry.

    If you have a product or a service you provide – and you are writing about it – make sure the user can “Tweet” or have it “Facebook Liked”.  If you are running WordPress – this is a pretty simple add.  If you have a Regular Website – it might be a bit more tricky – But it is doable.

    There is a lot of talk on the Net as of late about Google and Bing looBing a bit deeper at the social connection that occurs between your on line presance and the visitors.

    Social Media has been a heavy pull for the Search Engine Optimization industry. Now that the results of people liking or re-tweeting your content is starting to be crawled and indexed – reach out to your Blog provider, Website Builder, or if that if you – Yourself.

    Ask them to install the proper plug-ins that will allow for a user to Tweet an Article or a page from  your Website.

    When searching your keywords in Google – Don’t become dismayed about the results. One day you might be page 1, the next day page 2.  The reason for this has to do with Google remembering what your search habits are.  If you click on your link within the Google Results – Google Remembers – So they will give your results higher rankings when you are searching from your “specific” computer.

    One of the only ways you can do a “clean” search now is to get to a computer you have never used before and doing a search for your relevant business or business keywords.

    Keep pushing forward with your content writing and blogging efforts.  Make the blog “mind” friendly in reference to the way the post page is formatted.  Bullet Points are great for the Search Engine Spiders and the Human Mind loves them. Don’t forget the Photos – they are worth about a thousand words – Video’s about a million!
