    Believe it or not, you don’t have to worry as much about a real estate agent that attempts to say your home is worth less than it is.

    I think that the agents that will tell you that your home is worth more than it is to get your listing when competing with other agents, they pose a much larger problem for Santa Clarita valley real estate sellers.

    Here is why. Agents that tell sellers their homes are worth more than they are, are either stupid or dangerous.

    They could be stupid in the way of not knowing how real estate works and could have the seller chasing the current market. They may not know what it takes to sell a home they have listed for sale. Believe it or not, there are a lot of real convincing real estate agents that don’t know what they are doing.

    Just google the Top real estate agents in Santa Clarita to see who is deemed as being the best. For those that don’t make the first page on Google – Beware when they are pitching you at your home, giving you the business.

    They could be dangerous in the way they know what they are doing. Telling you want you want to hear and appealing to a person’s “greedy side”.

    Believe this, if an agent could sell your home for $200,000 more than it’s Value, they would do it in a heartbeat. More Commission 🙂

    Unfortunately, most home purchases depend on other parties. One of those parties is known as the “Appraiser”.

    They have a lot to do with how much money will be lent on that home, condo or town-home that is for sale.

    When you are going to hire a real estate agent – please see who is where buyers are searching for real estate. Over 92% of buyers start their search on-line. Buyers are losing trust in the Real Estate syndication websites – fast. Those sites like Trulia, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Zillow etc…

    The buyers in the Santa Clarita real estate market are searching on Google for Local real estate agents in Santa Clarita. If the agents you are hiring are on that first page where buyers are searching for Santa Clarita Real Estate – you cannot go wrong.

    If they have several full time buyers agents working for that specific team – you have struck gold…
