Sorry to offend you but this is how I show our Buyers Real Estate

    The looks and the grunts I received today in Stevenson Ranch while showing properties to my clients was quite disturbing.  I felt bad for the “lack of patience” of the other Realtor that was waiting outside with her clients.  However, I reserve the right to show my clients the property without any other realtors inside with their clients.  When you are making a sizable purchase, like real estate is, you need some time to concentrate and to do so without “distraction”.

    When you have other agents and their clients inside of the home you are evaluating, you are having a constant stream of distractions. You are about to embark on a journey that will take you at least 30 years to pay off.  Tell your real estate agent that you don’t want anyone else inside of the home you are viewing, at the same time.  Explain to them that you need to concentrate and get the full feel of the home.  Have you ever tried to hear road noise while viewing a property when someone is talking constantly or walking around with heavy feet?  It’s nearly impossible.

    But to offend someone versus getting the full “feel” of a home our clients are interested in purchasing, I will have my clients on the “offensive” side all day long.
