After a lengthly discussion, we determined that Valencia would be the best fit, newer homes and those without the Mello Roos and Assesments – which can double a person’s property taxes. While other agents might work with Relocation clients – there is a difference between those and RE/MAX Relocation Certified Realtors.
FYI – the typical tax rate for Los Angeles County on Property Taxes is 1.25%. Most of the areas that are located in Valencia CA are “mello-roos” and “assessments” free. However, we will make sure the properties don’t have them if they are not a good fit for Valencia CA buyers.
