When it comes to listing and selling real estate, our single properties websites are the bom.
They take me a few hours to build and they remain active and live on the WWW, from now until the end of time(or thereabouts). When people are searching, they are not searching by property address. They are searching by keywords.
You may be thinking, “When the listing sells, what happens to the website?” We use it for our next listing and place the sold one into the archives within the Single Property Website.
If there is no listing that we have listed that would be a good match for the Single Property Site URL? We then replace the home page with a all inclusive real estate search engine and resources to assist buyers and sellers in finding the real estate they want, answer questions and to provide information to keep them safe when it comes to real estate.
Don’t Fret, we will have the property address locked down too, that is done in a different method, not by buying the Address in the form of a URL. (uniform resource locator) = URL, recent change from Universal Resource Locator (just in case you have ever wondered 🙂
Here are a couple of our Single Property Websites – look at their URL’s and let me know what you think.
They have been built on the Genesis Agent Press Platform. They are hosted on BlueHost and I purchased the domain names from GoDaddy.
That should do it for two examples of our Single Property Websites. The other thing that I will mention is, after we host open houses at our Sellers real estate listings, in the way we advertise the URL, we see huge jumps in traffic to the single property sites.
This is not because those who visited the open house, that we hosted, are going to the website, they have already seen the house.
It’s because they are sending it and sharing it with their friends, family and those that they know, who potentially want to buy real estate. It’s true that only 1% of open houses sell real estate. However, that statistic has to do with, “Selling to the people that walk through the open house.”
However, open houses don’t stop there when it comes to selling real estate, only the Statistic Does 🙂
