Can you imagine how much “hard mailing” was done to get the paperwork to the bank in order to get the short sale approved? It was ludicrous.
Despite what you may have heard – it is not a “set it and forget it” process. Short Sales need full time attention from someone that knows the banks many different bottom lines. You have to know when the banks are bluffing and when to hold. Just like the country song, “You have to know when to hold them – know when to fold them, know when to walk away and know when to run…”
