If you are a real estate agent you are going to get the phone calls from those that confess they love you and want the best for your business. Those same SEO solicitors will throw you in a ditch when they are finished with you. Point being be careful!
The caller is going to inform you that they are “tracking” hundreds of people searching for real estate in your city or area.
They will then attempt to get you to answer the question of, “Do you have the capacity of working with more of what they are tracking – sellers or buyers, or both.”
Great questions, and I’m sure all of us maybe able to use more clients to close more deals. Heck, that is why they are asking in the first place, the answer is almost always 100% in the positive, leaving them an open door to pull you through.
There is a huge, and expensive, learning curve for most real estate agents that have not been based in technology. I know some of the “older agents”, that are still living in 1980’s and with that marketing style, that are completely behind the 8-ball.
However, there is always time to catch up and learn that you may have missed.
This video is for those of you that are “dreamers’, those of you realtors that accept the “too good to be true” scenarios that are pitched to you in email and over the phone.
Take heed, we all get the calls and they would not be calling if no one was taking the bait. You are not alone fellow Real Estate agent.
