Secure Santa Clarita real estate search we were first

LOCK = SECURE AND PROTECTED SEARCHES

I don’t know about you, but when I’m searching online for anything, I look for the “Secure” and the lock within my browser window. I’m using chrome by Google and this is how the sites, I want to use, look like or render.

I was looking around the other day, trying to find another Santa Clarita real estate website with an HTTPS connection, thinking I’m one of many, only to find I’m one of a kind.

HTTP – Hypertext Transfer Protocol. HTTPS – Secure Hypertext Transfer Protocol

I could not find another Santa Clarita real estate website which had a Secure Certificate issued. Not even the Board of Realtors, at the time of this blog post 03232017 – 1056hrs, has a secure website.

Of course, maybe I’m ahead of the technology game, but I want my real estate clients to be safe when searching for homes and real estate. I want my real estate clients to be safe when wanting to read articles pertaining to the real estate and housing market. I want my clientele to be able to find the value of their home without running into issues that ‘unsecure” websites have.

When you are searching on a Santa Clarita real estate website like SCVnest – all communications between your browser, either on your home computer, desktop, laptop, tablet, android, iPhone, iPad, or any other device, are encrypted.

This makes it impossible for any “power that be” to eavesdrop on your connection to SCVnest when wanting to search for homes, finding your home’s value, reading our latest real estate articles, or at any time while on our secure Santa Clarita real estate website – SCVnest.

The Lock indicates SECURE and PROTECTED!

In the United States, your internet service provider is allowed to monitor your web browsing history and sell it to their advertisers. One of the reasons why we went to HTTPS – A secure Real Estate Website it to keep that selling of your personal and private information from happening.

The ISP, internet service provider – We have Spectrum, you may have Dish, ATT, or Comcast – etc – will be still be able to see that you are connected to SCVnest – but that’s it. The “what you are searching” for is the part which will not be given to vendors, because they cannot see it as you are searching for homes and real estate, reading articles and getting specific home’s values via a Secure System on SCVnest.

Connor and Paris MacIvor are in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, starting their real estate business in 1998 with RE/MAX Gateway - Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. Their becoming licensed real estate consultants and representatives came from the horrible experience they had when they bought their first home. There were many things that the agent they had hired did not explain and disclose, which per law he should have. Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. Paris and Connor called the broker, the board of realtors, the office manager and all they received was the promise of a phone call back. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation. Writing on their Real Estate Blog is a passion. SCVnest.com/blog is where you will find over 10,000 real estate articles.
