Public Short Sale meetings
We have been speaking in public, for a long time, about the Short Sale process and how it would benefit “most” of those that have experienced one of the “traumatic” life changing events that happen in our world from time to time. Explaining how the Short Sale is not the Short Sale Sellers fault. Discussing the emotional pain that most Short Short Sellers experience when moving through the different levels of the Short Sale approval cycle. Giving clarification to the questions about Credit, a Short Sale’s impact on Fico Score and the benefits of Short Selling versus a “Deed in Lieu of -or- Foreclosure”. We have also been able to give clarification as to what a Strategic Short Sale is and the best options in which to handle that classification of Short Sale.
No short sale privacy
Group Speeches and Discussions are great – but they truly lack the one on one interaction. Not to mention “Confidentiality…” You can break up the Short Sale seminar into small groups – but most of the attendee’s are wanting information because they are experiencing some type of hardship. It’s not therapy, it’s an educational meeting with Short Sales as the focus.
Short Sale Service first
We extended our hours to enable our Short Sale Team to meet with clients on a one on one basis within our offices at REMAX’s Paris911 Team. We have two locations where we can set up meetings in an “official” environment. However, the world is a big place and we will meet clients almost anywhere, besides our real estate offices.
