You notice that I called them, “tactics”. Tactical – that is a very short sited view of a client relationship.
They are not in the “fill in the blank” business to only get one home run. Most of the agent that are viewing their business from a tactical and high pressure approach – that is usually the only Home run they hit for their entire season(lifetime) in their business.
More and more agents are surrounding themselves with “trust”. Looking to be “trusted advisors” and not wanting to be a one hit wonder.
