    Most people are.  In fact, that is what sales people prey upon.  They want those that will succumb to  the “high pressure” tactics.

    You notice that I called them, “tactics”.  Tactical – that is a very short sited view of a client relationship.

    Where are the Santa Clarita Valley schoolsThe BEST in sales look at their interactions, rules and codes as being Strategic in nature.

    They are not in the “fill in the blank” business to only get one home run.  Most of the agent that are viewing their business from a tactical and high pressure approach – that is usually the only Home run they hit for their entire season(lifetime) in their business.

    More and more agents are surrounding themselves with “trust”.  Looking to be “trusted advisors” and not wanting to be a one hit wonder.

    Who do you call?  Do some inquiring on Google – check out who the local real estate experts are for the city you are interested in.
