Of course we always talk about Santa Clara real estate, we talk about the local housing market, we talk about the numbers, the days on market, the inventory, and all a lot of other stuff that will help you on your home search, your home buying journey, or the one that you may embark upon where you want to sell residential real estate.
We have seen 120 listings added to the for-sale market here in the Santa Clarita Valley. That is by no means a record. But it is a lot different than we’ve seen in the last 20 or so weeks preceding it.
With the additional real estate inventory being added to the market, the danger is always having too many real estate listings on the market, and not enough real estate buyers.
This time of year, starting in the spring, there is a higher buyer demand that is generally seen. Meaning buyers are starting to move. Buyers are starting to investigate different areas, different cities, different living arrangements.
We have also been very busy with the relocation arm of our real estate team. Having people reach out to us asking about the Santa Clarita Valley, and wanting more information about the different neighborhoods and areas.
