    The Red Vertical line represents the Median “for sale” prices for the Single Family Residences in the City of Valencia. ¬†Valencia CA is located within the Santa Clarita Valley.

    The Green Vertical line represents the “sold” median prices for Single Family Residences in the City of Valencia CA.

    One can deduce that the sellers are wanting more for their homes than the buyers are willing to pay.  As a potential reason for this trend we can also offer that properties are not appraising for what they did in the recent past.

    One thing is for certain – if you are selling in today’s current real estate market within Valencia CA – You need to hire a local expert and find out “EXACTLY” how much your home is worth – then find out “Exactly” how much Buyers in the current market are willing for pay for homes that are like yours.
