Simply – inventory today in the Santa Clarita Valley is horrible.
We have written about it, we have posted it up on our Main Santa Clarita real estate website and we have completed and published articles about it.
We have also completed Market Updates to keep the real estate consumer up to date as far as real estate data is concerned.
Making the best decisions can be easy, when you have the BEST resources for the city or community you are interested in.
Today, The Santa Clarita Valley is still lacking real estate inventory.
Santa Clarita inventory declines
We have seen the foreclosures, bank owned type, dramatically reduced over the past 18 months. We also have seen less and less Pre-foreclosures hitting the market in the way of Santa Clarita Short Sales too.
Decidedly, real estate inventory will not always be poised as a Sellers Market, as we are seeing today. The tables will be turned, and the buyers will be holding all of the cards in the future.
Real Estate is cyclic. It changes on a weekly basis. The best data updates can be found by utilizing pricing and inventory graphs that are able to be adjusted from the real estate consumer looking at a short snippet of time – 3 months – and a much longer time period – back to 2007.
Santa Clarita data systems
Two such systems have been placed within the Santa Clarita real estate macBoX. Located on the home page of the premier Real Estate website for the SCV – you can type in the two following terms into the MacBoX.
- Prices – enter the word prices to choose from anyone of the Santa Clarita Valley Cities. Adjust the graph to view the prices back to the height of the real estate market in the SCV.
- Inventory – this word will also take you to specific graphical data for each of the SCV cities. Castaic, Canyon Country, Newhall, Saugus, Stevenson Ranch and Valencia are rendering on this introductory page.
We find our clients are special. Most that end up finding our resources are those that are of the “tech savvy” type. The great thinkers of the world. Engineers and those that come from Tech Jobs eat up our Santa Clarita real estate data charts and tables.
“It makes sense, when looking to do anything with regard to real estate the data is important when wanting to buy or sell anything. If I’m going to invest in a specific stock, you can be sure I am going to make sure my broker is giving me the full stream of data regarding the company. I will also be doing my own research before buying shares…” – Ken Raulston “paris911 convert” 🙂
We publish this data weekly – we write on our Santa Clarita real estate blogs daily. The real estate market in our valley and on a world wide level, changes on a daily basis, we report those changes that will impact your Real Estate Decisions.
